A Multination bank looking for a professional individual for their Bahrain Operation as IFS Manager.
As IFS Manager, you will supervise a team of fund accountants whose roles are to assist in the administration, valuation, compliance and accounting of unit funds and custodian accounts
.
• Ensure all services are provided as per the agreed service level agreements with the clients. • Supervise the fund operations which include accounting and valuation, Cash Management and Custody operations and also ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements in Bahrain. • Driving the improvement of processes with a strong focus on automation to streamline the operations • Ensure smooth completion of Audits and timely submission of reports to the regulators. • Assist in new business implementation which involves review of fund documentation, agreements, finalizing legal agreements, service level agreements etc. • Ensuring all fee invoices/statements are produced on a timely basis and follow up for payments. • Assist in finalizing MIS for local and regional management. • Assist the Manager Of the Bank’s Securities Services in sales and relationship management activities. • Growth of profitable and suitable business via active Relationship Management. • Arranging regular customer visits and attending social functions. By advising and counseling Customers on business / banking requirements. • Recommending and/or authorizing credit proposals with due diligence. Monitoring/auctioning exception reports and market feedback. Analysis of financial information +BIM + ALG. • Assisting CRM in the implementation of audit recommendations and other reporting requirements. • Assist subordinate staff with on the job training. • Cross selling the Bank's range of products and services utilizing the customer interface opportunities. • Planning client service Terms and achieving Gross Sales and Innovative solutions
