As a Senior Manager in our flourishing private client services’ team you will be involved in the full client engagement process, enabling you to develop broader expatriate tax skills and specialise if you want to. As a Senior Manager you will:
Be Managing a varied portfolio of high net worth individuals and entrepreneurs;
Build and maintain excellent client relationships and identify opportunities for new work;
Be involved in marketing programmes, developing internal contacts, identifying and meeting prospective clients;
Manage the annual compliance cycle for your portfolio of clients including reviewing tax computations and returns;
Be involved in tax planning projects and ad-hoc advisory work, which may cover international aspects such as domicile and offshore trust work. Our team have strong links with specialists in our overseas offices and your work is likely to involve cross border planning;
To qualify you will have:
A solid understanding of UK tax legislation, ideally gained through studying for the CTA qualification.
Strong technical skills in relation to UK personal, partnership and trust/estate taxation and report writing skills
A proven track record of advising high net worth individuals on both UK and international personal tax issues. Expertise in domicile and offshore trust related matters would be advantageous.
Experience of managing, developing and maintaining client relationships
Excellent inter-personal skills, including the ability to prepare proposals and deliver client presentations.
A high level of self-motivation and a “can-do” attitude.
