A key team in the ongoing and increasing success of the client is their marketing team which covers a variety of functions with both existing and prospective clients in order to increase assets under management. To maintain the strength of this team, the client is currently seeking to hire a manager into their market research function.
Reporting to the Director of Communications, this role will be responsible for the origination and subsequent analysis of appropriate and relevant research. This will look at macro trends, product trends, channel development and competitor trends in the asset management industry in order to directly impact and improve the client’s product development as well as their marketing into their agreed channels.
The successful candidate will:
• Have excellent knowledge of the macro trends driving the asset management industry
• Have strong peer group management skills
• Have strong experience of data collection and analysis
• Be a confident communicator with the ability to build and maintain good relationships across differing business areas
• Preferably be IMC qualified
