As a key member of Mercer’s outsourcing business, your role will be identify, manage and convert sales opportunities within the corporate superannuation market. Working collaboratively with internal experts who are leaders in their field, you will manage each sales opportunity in line with a global sales process which draws on the entire strengths and intellectual depth of Mercer. You will ensure accurate pricing and you will lead the negotiation of complex solutions while maintaining mutually beneficial relationships with potential clients. Mercer has achieved outstanding success in the market and has the structure in place to support future growth across the business. To be successful in this role you:

  • Have sales experience in superannuation preferably with and the corporate and/or industry plan segments
  • Possess a proven track record of delivering sales results
  • Enjoy managing internal and external relationships, negotiating agreements and influencing senior stakeholders to meet desired outcomes.
