The role

• Manage portfolio of Real Estate Investment Funds and develop existing relationships
• Identify client interests and business trends
• Negotiate SLA agreements with clients and manage the invoicing and collection process
• Report regularly to the client with respect to the structures
• Develop new business relationships through a proactive approach including networking, attending conferences and following up on potential leads
• Host events and attend and present at trade conferences and seminars

The role may be based in any large city, ie. London, Frankfurt, Amsterdam, New York, Hong Kong, etc.

The requirements

• Degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate or equivalent
• Strong background in real estate investment fund administration / management and good knowledge of Real Estate investment funds
• Established network of contacts is a plus
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Fluency in English and knowledge of other languages is an advantage
• Good organizational skills and the capability to deliver high quality service , also when working under pressure
