To act as 2nd line support for banking applications, servicing the needs of the user community. To monitor, acknowledge, track and manage the request stack received. .To ensure that service requests are resolved within agreed SLAs.
Skills Required
3 years or more working on Application Support
Previous experience in a customer service environment, dealing directly with users.
Good programming skill in SQL & P/SQL, Oracle, Sybase, programming skill in Java script, .Net/ASP/VB or C++
Code-level investigation is heavily required.
Having experience on supporting HP Service Centre (highly preferred)
