As they seek to strengthen their profile in Asia they have a requirement for an Associate to join their investment team in Shanghai and take responsibility for providing day-to-day support in the Company's regional business activities and to assist in monitoring the overall property sector from a macro and micro perspective, including high-end residential, retail, office and urban regeneration projects.

As Associate you will focus on the development of econometric models, prepare asset management reports, compile financial models and perform financial analysis of prospective investments. Deal sourcing, memo writing and deal closing will form a key component of your responsibilities. This role will expose you to and enable you to strengthen your capabilities in research, investment management, asset management and marketing.

This position would be a perfect match for you if you have exceptional communication and written skills, working knowledge of quantities and statistical tools, good financial modelling capabilities together with the ability to integrate within a small team.
