Distressed Sr. bank debt investment arm of a substantial institutional fund is looking for an experienced Credit Analyst to analyze and manage investments.
Our client, a distressed debt investment arm of a major institutional fund, is seeking a person to help analyze and manage Sr. bank debt investments. Will play a key role in recommending investments to the Investment Committee based on thorough due diligence. Will help negotiate transactions directly with the selling institutions. Investments are predominantly in the debt of middle market companies with revenues ranging from $ 20 - $ 500 million. Ideally the candidate will have extensive experience in analyzing leveraged and/or distressed Sr. Debt transactions with middle market size companies. Some experience in managing distressed assets is preferred, but not required.
