Mission:
To assist in the smooth and efficient day to day handling of client affairs within a team and to supervise administrators
Detailed Responsibilities:
Responsibility of all aspects of the day to day administration of a portfolio of complex client cases.
Contact with clients and Relationship Managers, principally by letter, telephone, e-mail and may attend client meetings as necessary.
Deputise for Assistant Manager in his or her absence.
Assist in motivation and development of junior staff.
Liaison with clients, investment advisers, asset managers, bankers and other professional advisers regarding client affairs.
To assist junior staff members with the more difficult areas of work, training and development of junior staff and review of work prepared by staff under supervision.
To delegate efficiently and appropriately to subordinates
May hold the position of “B” Authorised Signatory
Ensure adherence to Key Operating Procedures and the maintenance of administrative standards.
To be gaining a detailed knowledge and understanding of international business matters.

Hold or be studying for Foundation Level of Relevant Technical Qualification (STEP, ICSA, CIB) is preferred.
