Our client, a large fast moving and successful European financial provider, has a great opportunity for a qualified training and development specialist. This position will provide training consultancy to the HR department, support the implementation of learning programmes throughout Europe. You will be based in Luxembourg although a willingness to travel from time to time is essential.

Training and Development Manager (ref 0807-2LL)

Your main role:

• identify and analyse training and development needs for individuals and areas of the organisation
• agree and implement in conjunction with staff and management, a training and development strategy,
• deliver training on leadership and management development topics
• provide coaching
• ensure the implementation of appropriate evaluation process

Your profile:

• 3 to 5 years in similar role. Financial services experience is an advantage
• proven consulting experience
• knowledge of training and development techniques, theories and learning management systems
• demonstrate superior communication and presentation skills
• fluent written and spoken English and French
• strong knowledge of MS Office
• prior management development experience
