The Role You will be responsible for managing a new and existing portfolio of clients and liaising closely with other offices where the clients are recommended from. The portfolio is growing rapidly so there is a need for excellent prioritisation and time management skills. Key activities will include: • Taking orders on options, futures and derivatives • Monitoring and managing the cash positions of each client portfolio. • Establishing strong working relationships with the private bankers and clients. • Account opening and working closely with client documentation controllers. • Providing administrative co-ordination with front and middle office, operations and client administration. Key requirements • A strong understanding and experience of investment products within the private banking environment. • Good knowledge of structured products. • 3 years experience within a private banking or similar financial environment. • The ability to understand and monitor investments made. • A degree in finance, economics or a relevant field. • A highly energetic personality with a sense of urgency. • Strong IT skills. • Fully fluent in English and Hindi (ideally), some knowledge of French is a plus. • Excellent communication skills.
