We are looking for assertive team players to become Client Service Managers within a leading financial advising institution.
You will be well-organised and self-motivated in order to handle the variety of responsibilities that this role entails:
- Building and developing relationships with IFAs
- Responding to IFA enquiries related to clients portfolios
- Processing ISA, PEP, Unit Trust, Equity, Pension and Off Shore Bonds (any working practice of any of these are vital)
- Administration and client service via phone, email and letter
Your knowledge of ISA, PEP, SIPPS and Pensions, etc; will be vital in providing the best service through to IFA's.
