Opportunity for senior candidate to join leading international financial services company as Structuring Director. This is a new role and new division for the company. You will deliver solutions to the Global Life's structured product needs while meeting the commerical,risk,regulatory and legal requirements.
Role:
To deliver solutions to meet Global Life's structured product needs while meeting the commerical risk of GHU.
Work with other GHU principasl to identify and structure suitable products in terms of risk profile,hedgeability,pricing and liquidity.
Maintain contact with the mark especially banks to source ideas and assess market.
Work with Life sales teams to bring selected products to market and oversee optuimal hedging and execution.
You will have considerable experience in structured product space in the areas of investment bank,private bank or specialist life team.
Understanding of derivatives and asset swaps and some specific derivatives trading or sales experience.
Should have understanding of execution and risk management aspects of business so you can match client requirements.
