This person will be managing a team of 10 staff regionally to assess the control environment of the various operations functions, implement and coordinate all controls in the Asia Operation. You be will updating, reviewing and preparing new operational policies in line with changes in the business. Working closely with Ops Risk, Compliance, Internal and External Auditors, you will be key in promoting control awareness in the region. You should have a detailed understanding of the operational processes, understand operations risk management and internal control processes in an investment bank. You should ideally have 8-10 years relevant experience with 3-5 years in a management function. Candidates from an internal audit background are preferred.
