CFO
Station in Shanghai
Requirement:
Qualified accountant with in-depth knowledge of PRC tax and accounting rules
At least 15 years of post qualification experience gained from retail sector
Previous experience in mall and/or department store operation, retail and property leasing business is essential
Fluency in spoken and written English and Mandarin
Excellent leadership skill with ability to influence people at all levels
Stationed in Shanghai and very frequent travel to Tianjin, Chengdu and various cities in China
Duties:
Reporting to the CEO based in China and functionally to the Group CFO in HK
Accountable for all financial management for the retail business in China and be the essential contributor towards strategic development of the retail business
Manage and develop the existing team in Finance
Responsible for all aspects of reporting, budgeting, strategic planning and shop's profitability analysis and pricing
Ensure effective internal control and compliance of relevant rules and regulations in the industry
