This individual is responsible for creating and developing content and strategies promoting the use of iShares by financial intermediaries.
Job Responsibilities
Develop actionable and specific sales strategy deliverables for using iShares alongside separate accounts and mutual funds
Identify industry, client and advisor behavioral trends on which to base innovative and relevant sales strategies
Work collaboratively with Product, Sales, Marketing and Direct Marketing to support/position new products, generate and develop sales ideas/content, web tools, and end client/advisor educational materials
Work with Sales Management to develop specific strategic themes by client audience (eg. broker-dealer, bank PWM, independent and RIA consultants)
Qualifications
BA/BS degree required
3 - 5 years minimum investment related experience
CIMA, CIMC, CFA a plus
Background in brokerage, bank, investment manager or registered investment advisory firm required
Ability to understand and explain complex investment concepts and strategies
Sound understanding of investment products and asset classes
Knowledge of modern portfolio theory, index investing, asset allocation principles and fiduciary responsibility
Able to work simultaneously on multiple projects
Creative and self-motivated individual who works collaboratively in a high performance, team environment
Strong communication and presentation skills
Excellent written, grammatical and editorial skills
Strong team player
Prior sales, marketing and/or client relationship experience with retail and institutional clients a plus
