The role involves: - Supporting the delivery of key transformation projects focusing on CRM consulting, marketing/brand strategy, sales strategy, customer service and contact centres.
- Managing project work-streams and leading small teams of Deloitte consultants and client personnel.
- Making a key contribution to the delivery of client work, articulating strategy and vision to client stakeholders.
- Working within a team to present reports, business cases and client deliverables
- Development of client bids and presentations of proposals.
To qualify, you must possess: - Expertise in relation to the sales, service or marketing functions of an organization
- expertise in systems implementations, involving the full development lifecycle from analysis through design, build and test to deployment
- A graduate degree or equivalent project experience
- Skills in Customer and channel strategy, marketing analytics, brand/loyalty management, Siebel, Onyx, salesforce.com
- Good commercial awareness, excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Full travel mobility
