KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Reporting to the CEO potential candidates must have a strong track record in European sales within a successful investment management business. The ideal candidate will be having a proven track record of increasing market share across Europe, the Middle East and Asia. He/she will be knowledgeable about a wide range of investment products, essentially alternative investments, attractive to both institutional and Family Offices. The successful candidate will have considerable flexibility to pursue the necessary clients’ strategies in the region working closely with the investment team:
• Develop Marketing Strategy
• Identify channels to market to Institutions and Family Offices
• Work with channels and personal network to drive sales to both areas
• Oversee website development
• As third party business develops build and oversee sales team as required
• Build investor communication strategy
KEY ATTRIBUTES AND COMPETENCIES
• Confirmed experience and track record in marketing and selling multi strategy fund of funds
• Good understanding of as many of our client’s product areas as possible: Macro, Equity Long Short, Credit and Emerging Markets
• The Ability to Think Commercially as a Sales Executive
• Highly proactive and ambitious
• Good ability to interact with the team
• The Ability to Work Cross-Culturally and Functionally
• The Ability to Implement and Deliver
