Looking for an excellent new opportunity in Financial Services? State Street, Canary Wharf is currently looking to recruit an experience Settlements Administrator to work in the Investment Management Solutions department.

The role will be working with one of our major clients looking after FX Settlements. State Street is the world's leading provider of financial services to institutional investors including investment servicing, investment management and investment research and trading. With $15.1 trillion in assets under custody and $2.0 trillion in assets under management at September 30, 2007. State Street operates in 26 countries and more than 100 geographic markets worldwide.

The main responsibilities of the Settlements administrator include servicing some of our major clients,

•To ensure that trades are matched either manually or via GTM in a timely manner, and processed to the custodian

•To be aware of trades that are not matching and take appropriate action to ensure a match takes place in a timely manner

•To ensure that any late matched trade instructions are notified to the ETD Team for input to the custodian system, accurately and in a timely manner to ensure value date settlement.

•To assist in the motivating of the team by creating a positive working environment resulting in the development of teamwork and the attainment of Standards of Service and team targets

•To keep abreast of market changes and developments, ensuring that Settlement arrangements are appropriate

•Complete weekly & monthly reporting analysis to set deadlines for management and other areas.
