A leading European Bank with a strong presence in continental Europe is looking at hiring an analyst and an associate for its recently established leveraged and acquisition finance group. With a focus on middle market LBO transactions this group has and continues to build strong relationships with a range of financial sponsors and has a robust strategy for building market share over the coming years. The senior management for the group has a long and successful track record in arranging and underwriting leveraged loans and is looking to hire individuals that will develop with the business.
As the successful candidate you will be responsible for providing support to source and lead LBO opportunities. You will be involved in all aspects of deal execution including review of information package and vendor/acquirer due diligence, comprehensive market and financial analysis, credit submissions, preparation of operational/financial models and marketing materials as well as legal documentation. You will be working in a small close knit team environment where you will gain exposure to all aspects of the business.
As the successful candidate you will have experience in working in a leveraged finance group or related business and posses a strong financial modeling skill set. As well as an excellent academic background, you will have the ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
