Our client is private equity firm who focus on investments with a strong asset base and/or stable cash flows across Western Europe and the US. Due to unprecendented buying opportunities and the completion of another fund raising they are looking to make a junior hire.
Our client have recently just raised a new 1.2 bn euro fund and seek to invest in asset based cash flow businesses as a means to provide protection against any downturn. The firm actively seek to work with management teams and seek to create returns through traditional value creation through bolt-on acquisitions, geographic expansion, operation involvement and improvement.
The firm covers most sectors which include: real estate, retail, logistics and transportation, healthcare, media, entertainment, technology and telecom.
Due to unprecendented investing opportunities, they are looking to hire another investment associate to support transaction flow. They are looking at investment bankers with between 4-6 years of which at LEAST ONE YEAR must be in UK principal investments/ private equity.
