As a Technology Relationship Manager, you will manage the relationship between IT and the business. Demonstrate the ability to develop and maintain a trusted client relationship both in verbal and written forms. Monitor/report on the end-to-end delivery of IT solutions to the business. Work with the Resource Manager to source IT solutions for the business. Partner with business/establishes governance system that allows for effective management of IT priorities. Provide guidance to business around vendors and technical trends. Consider the client's goals and requirements and align solutions with the overall business and IT strategy when scoping and planning a project/program. Analyze the total impact on JPMC and IT when making or facilitating decisions. The candidate must be comfortable representing JPM products and services with the confidence to manage any situation to a successful conclusion.You will serve as the primary communication channel to the business on set of applications/technologies under responsibility. Analyze emerging technologies and work with business and IT leadership to translate implications of the new trends into an effective IT vision and strategy. Work with business and technology teams to ensure that the business needs are understood and the technology implemented meets the needs and expectations of the business. Analyze the cost/benefit/risk of a proposed architecture/technology. Ensure proposed architecture/technology is aligned with business/IT strategy. Manage the vendor relationship and other related service agreements. Identify and develop technical support resources to provide production support, resolve issues, develop systems software and staff relevant projects. Establish working relationship with businesses and other technology team members. Partner with business technology teams to engage business-aligned teams in developing technology/product strategies. Knowledge of application development and leading those projects is also a skill set that will be leveraged in the TRM role. This includes following an SDLC, PMLC and Project Delivery Framework
or other methodologies.

Qualifications
College degree in related technical/business areas or equivalent work experience Minimum 5 years of IT experience and related management experience in multiple business and technical processes Understanding of Project Management methodologies and tools Strong knowledge of applicable business areas, the supporting technology architecture, and applicable processes Strong knowledge of relevant applications and development of life cycles Excellent written and oral communication skills Knowledge of business and technology trends General knowledge of professional services vendors, and outsourcing business models and tools Experience overseeing geographically distributed and culturally diverse work-groups Knowledge of outsourcing methodologies and operating models, and working with professional services firms Strong influencing/negotiation skillsJPMorgan Chase is an Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action Employer, M/F/D/V
