AXA Investment Managers (AXA IM) is a multi-expert investment manager serving institutional investors, distributors and AXA Group insurance companies from offices in 21 countries.

Reporting to the RFP Manager, your main responsibilities will be the following:

• Participate in answering Request for Proposals (RFP)s and Request for Information (RFI)s, for institutional and retail sales forces across Europe, North America, Asia and the Middle East

• Work with all internal contributors, including sales teams, product specialists, portfolio managers, product management and financial engineering to support sales and marketing

• Work with the Knowledge Management and Corporate Information content editor

• Participate in completing Investment Consultants databases

What sort of profile are we looking for:

• Currently undertaking a Masters degree with a specialisation in economics or finance

• Fluency in English or French or Italian

• A second language is a strong advantage: i.e: German

• Self-motivation, attention to detail and an interest in producing high quality written documents

• Intellectual curiousity and a rigourous approach to work

• Demonstrated proficiency with MS word, Excel, Powerpoint and other publishing tools
