A leading European real estate investment manager focused on the initiation, execution and investment management of vehicles, account strategies and strategic portfolio advisory services to both institutional investors and high net worth individuals.
The European Investment Associate will work with and report directly to the Head of European Investment.
Primary Responsibilities include seeking investment opportunities across Europe, analysis and due diligence, working with borrowers, vendors and consultants to help close transactions, reviewing broker packages, assessing real estate and corporate risk and preparing related financial models.
1 - Investment/Asset Management Person - preferably with an investment leaning. 2 - Associate/associate director level. 3 - Must have a strong understanding of the due diligence process and preferably have worked a couple of deals (not necessarily in Europe but must have gone through the process). 4 - Preferably with a European language (would prefer French) but absolute fluency in English and the ability to write comprehensive due diligence summaries in English is a prerequisite.
