This is an opportunity for a Systems Developer to develop business solutions using MS Office (Excel & Access) and VBA liaising closely with the business and traders.
Working within a highly specialised group in Equities Systems, you will be required to provide expertise in developing new solutions in MS Office & VBA, to develop complex spreadsheets and Databases and to gain an understanding of processes and workflows.
This exceptional opportunity will require the following skills and expertise:
An excellent understanding of MS Excel, Access and VBA
Experience developing technical solutions with MS Office apps, ideally in a financial markets environment BUT not essential
Experience in Financial Modeling
A knowledge of relational databases – SQL, Oracle, Sybase would be advantageous
Experience in Market Data Systems – Reuters/ Bloomberg would be advantageous
