Our client, an international well-known Internet company, is currently looking to recruit a Business Analyst to reinforce the team.
THE ROLE
The position would require the following responsibilities:
Financial planning to support operation reporting and project planning.
Structure and conduct detailed financial analyses to support contract negotiations with domestic and international suppliers companies.
Conduct variance analysis against plan and previous period for several entity in Europe.
Manage EU transportation metrics.
Monitor transportation expenditures versus forecasts and budgets and communicate issues to senior management.
Ensure financial systems input are consistent, up-to-date and accurate.
Facilitate financial review meetings with business groups and work with business managers to ensure effective cost management and to provide useful financial data for decision making.
Develop and maintain efficient communication processes to ensure smooth and consistent flow of information across the sites.
Ad hoc project management.
THE PROFILE
Undergraduate degree in Finance or Accounting. A MBA is desirable.
At least 2 years experience in international finance or business analysis.
Strong analytical skills.
Detail oriented.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to comfortably act as a liaison between various teams and senior management.
Strong skills in accessing and using analytical tools; advanced computer literacy (Excel/Access), Data-warehouse analysis; SQL.
