European Investment Bank is actively looking for an individual to join there Operations team as Assistant Manager
This is a great opportunity for an individual to join a busy and dynamic working enviroment.
You will be involved in :
To perform proessing of ELN issued by the bank and new issues, coupon payment, early redemption, final redemption and corporate action.
To Follow up with Front Office and Middle Office ELN booking in various sytems in Equity Derivatives.
To prepare swift and rtgs payments to Head Office and exernal customers.
To perform investigation and following up of irregular cases with internal and external parties (e.g. G/L investigation and booking issues)
To prepare monthly statistics/reports and provide other functional support with ELN Processing Team.
To bring out new suggestions/improvements to streamline operational flows and increase efficiency on a regular basis.
Indivdiual must have strong communication skills and previous operations background.
