An excellent opportunity to work with a renowned Real Estate & Investment Management & Advisory Services firms with significant financial backing and plan for expanding their Asian portfolio.
Our client is seeking a highly self-motivated and performance driven senior professional to join the existing acquisition team, covering a wide range of deals from retail, commercial, industrial and residential in the region. Scope of coverage includes countries such as Singapore, Malaysia and China.
Reporting to the Senior VP, you will be responsible for the following:
- Deal sourcing, execution and input into origination - Key terms and negotiations - Assess opportunities for investment and divestment - Financial modelling - Feasibility review and conduct due diligence & documentation - Work with fund managers in funding preparations - Coordinate and assist with the incorporation and set-up of various company structures for each transaction - Where statutory authority approvals are required, to prepare the necessary draft and documentation for the relevant management levels within the company to secure approval - Helping to manage the post-signing transition to Asset Management - Collaboration with regional offices in Asia and Europe as well as external services providers or advisors
Requirements:
- An experienced investment player with min. 6 years of relevant background - Essential to possess advanced analytical and communication skills - Possess strong business acumen and ability to multi-task - Prior MNC exposure preferred - A Real Estate or financial related tertiary qualification will be advantageous
