This role will support the Deal team on new acquisitions. This will involve:

• Review of financial due diligence and accounting treatment on proposed deals and setup
• Liaison with deal managers and asset level accounting teams for investments held
• Finance function for asset companies. This includes the management of accounting, tax and regulatory issues.

In order to be successful you will enjoy the technical aspects of accounting and enjoy operating at a senior level on a project basis. You will also have excellent communication skills in order to establish effective working relationships. A CA qualification is also required.
