Job Title: Business Development/Sales Executive

Reports to: Sales/Marketing Partner

Based in: New York City

Ideal Candidate: The ideal Business Development candidate will have a substantial experience in developing and selling business in the Financial Services area. You should have established relationships with senior executives and managers at major Commercial and Investment Banks. Self-driven, results-oriented with a positive outlook, and a clear focus on high quality and profitability. Mature, credible, and comfortable in dealing with senior executives.. Well presented and businesslike. Sufficiently mobile and flexible to travel when needed. You should have an entrepreneurial spirit and are looking to continue building upon your relationships in a dynamic and creative company to support your growing career. Morgan Holland & Co. will offer unlimited support with our staff of Subject Matter Experts and our expertise in the Capital Markets field.

Specific Job Skills: Able to communicate and motivate via written media and face to face meetings. Appreciates need for consistency within company's branding and marketing mix. Experience in selling to Financial Services clients.

Business and Selling Skills: Must be an excellent face-to-face and telephone communicator. Able to demonstrate success and experience managing major accounts customers and large contracts, particularly achieving new account development. Ideal background would be in business support services; experience in Financial Services industries is essential.

Management Ability: Though internal staff management is not initially part of the job, responsibility and opportunity could grow with the development of the business. People-management skills, experience and natural ability will be useful.
