Your main task will be to provide support to our local HR Responsible in all activities related to Comp&Ben issues:
Payroll management (collection and preparation of all payroll data and documents, contacts with payroll provider, verification of payroll results, contact point with internal accounting department); co-ordination and administration of different group compensation plans;
Expats coordination; welcoming new hires and explaning of all benefits related issues; co-ordination of employees' benefits; HR Database administration …
Working in a small HR team you will be asked to have a generalist approach to the different HR issues/areas (Comp&Ben, Integration, Comp&Ben related projects, Recruitment,…) and to be able to give support in these areas.
You will also be a privileged contact person concerning employee queries on HR matters.
Profil:
You have gained professional experience (3-5 years) in a HR department(preferably in Comp&Ben and in an international structure) and are familiar with the Belgium Social Law.
You possess excellent organisational skills and a high level of discretion and professionalism; you have an eye for detail and like to work with people and numbers; you are able to work within a team as well as autonomously and are flexible and used to work under pressure.
You have excellent communication skills and are fluent in written and spoken Dutch, English and French and are at ease with the main software applications.
