This role sits within the Business Ownership team which, in part, is responsible for:

  • Ownership of the Target Operating Model (TOM) against which the programme will deliver
  • High level scope


    Key responsibilities:

  • Reviewing change requests, business impact assessments and statements of work – all of which potentially impact the integrity of the Target Operating Model and high level scope
  • Working with the release-based business architects analysts who are responsible for developing and enhancing business processes
  • Reviewing the final versions of new and enhanced business processes produced by the release teams against a set of business architecture principles and the Target Operating Model
  • Ensuring that inherent process risks have been identified, and working with Risk & Compliance to ensure that they have been referenced and that appropriate mitigating controls have been put in place
  • Working with the business and delivery teams to ensure that the business processes are built per the agreed designs


    You will have:

  • Thorough understanding of the investment side of a funds management business
  • History of quickly establishing positive, constructive relationships with peers and senior key stakeholders
  • Knowledge and experience of large IT implementation projects
  • Knowledge and experience of large change initiatives
