This role is of vital importance. The successful candidate will be responsible for the sourcing and structuring of all debt requirements and as the fund will be domiciled in Luxembourg the tax-efficient structuring angle is important. They will also assist in the marketing of the fund and play a key role in its investment and overall management. They will be based in London with European travel required on an ad hoc basis.

The ideal candidate will:

• Possess the credibility and track record to assist in the marketing of the fund.
• Be currently performing a similar role with a European real estate investor, private equity fund or advisory firm.
• Have a finance/accounting background and an understanding of tax-efficient debt sourcing and structuring.
• Have the commitment and drive to help build the business.
• European languages are not necessary but would be beneficial.
• Have excellent written and spoken English
