We are currently hiring Consultants to start in July 2008! Due to our continuing growth, we are seeking highly skilled and motivated individuals to join our outstanding team of Consultants based in Frankfurt.

As a FactSet Consultant you will join the biggest and fastest growing department in Europe. You will combine your strong knowledge in finance with a thorough understanding of the FactSet applications and will be given immediate responsibility, working directly on exciting and challenging projects and delivering business solutions for our clients. You will offer support in a variety of ways, including:

  • Answering day to day client queries and providing creative solutions through expert telephone and helpdesk support and on-site consultation
  • Implementing challenging projects which help optimise our clients’ workflows
  • Training clients individually or in group environments
  • Proactively managing client relationships
  • Visiting clients in their offices to provide on-site consultation and training
  • Managing a group of accounts assigned to you, ensuring that the relationship is healthy and that clients are getting the most out of the system.

Specific requirements for the position of the Support Consultant are:

  • A good bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Fluency in English and German with other European Languages a bonus
  • Strong numeric, analytical & problem solving skills
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Enthusiasm, drive and a desire to excel in a client facing role
  • Service oriented
  • Willingness to travel
Highly desired attributes:
  • A strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Previous client facing experience
  • A commercial attitude
