As a Senior Consultant entering this company, you will be required to have 4+ years experience in a CA environment, ideally with a conjoint Accounting/Law degree. As a Consultant you will have had 2-3 years and a similar background. You will of course have a strong client focus and proven tax knowledge, along with excellent communication skills and a professional approach.
