Requirements

- University graduate or above.

- Strong numerical, analytical and timely escalation skills.

- Excellent communication inter

-personal and leadership skills.

- Willingness and ability to troubleshoot, take on significant responsibility as well as superior organizational and task management skills

- Good proficiency in software application, particularly Excel, Access and VB Marco knowledge. - Great team player, proactive learner and self-starter seeking continuous improvement in all job-related aspects.

- 5-8 years working experience in Fixed Income/Capital Markets preferred.

- Fluent English (spoken and written).

Responsibilities:

- Manage the functioning of Middle Office/Trade Support for multiple entity Fixed Income business. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Managing a team of 3-4 associates providing MO support to Trader/Sales team.

- Work across the organization (various regions) dealing with business partners for handling the global nature of the FI dealing in HK. - P/L compilation, analysis and reporting.

- Perform mark-to-market of various fixed income instruments.

- Risk monitoring viz., Credit, Market, Operational Risks etc.

- Reconciliation of reported and general ledger entries and Front/Middle and Back Office systems.

- Cash flow reporting and computation of funding of various currencies.

- Static maintenance.

- Account open process which includes AML/KYC monitoring.

- Sales Credit Compilation, reporting and reconciliation.

- Execution of daily, monthly, other periodic and ad-hoc reporting and analysis.

- Review and update of procedures. Ongoing contribution to improving and automating processes.

- Work closely with business partners and associates support groups.

- Demonstrate a broad understanding of the product base, accounting and controls structure, risk monitoring issues, profit and loss measurement of Fixed Income business.

- Assist the Group Head in various projects.

- Repo margin call processing, reporting, monitoring.
