The role is based in Warsaw, however will be apart of a European team, working on cross-boarder transactions with their teams in other CEE regions as well as the team in London.

The ideal candidate will have the following:

* At least 1 years experience in M&A from another investment bank or a Consultancy.

* Good deal exposure, having been involved on a number of transactions.

* Strong technical skill set (modelling and valuations perhaps gained from experience in product)

* The right individuals must be both technically and academically exceptional with strong communication skills and the ability to deliver reports and proposals.

* An excellent Academic track record is required. Key components of the role require that you will have excellent financial modelling /analytical skills.

* A fluency in English and Polish

* Happy to travel

When working on cross-boarder transactions the candidate will be expected to travel to various regions in Europe.
