Your key responsibility will be to manage all aspects of the Incoming Equity Derivatives Documentation department (inclusive of Affirmations), providing OTC Transaction Management and Incoming services to both the internal and external client base through chasing, management, negotiation, risk-mitigation and post-sales support in relation to transaction documentation across a range of asset classes and product types – although Equity Derivatives will be the primary focus. You will also be expected to report for the department on all issues relating to Incoming Equity Derivatives Documentation. You will look after a team of around 15 individuals, running appraisal meetings, interviewing and hiring new staff and managing day-to-day activity.

Ideally, you will have previous experience of managing/supervising an Incoming Documentation team with a focus on Equity Derivatives. You will have a strong working knowledge of ISDA Derivatives definitions which will enable you to effectively negotiate with clients. It is also important that you can confidently produce MIS and report to senior management.
