As a LOTUS NOTES Analyst, you will be solely responsible for the development and implementation of the Lotus product and provide training to the support team for users. You will be interfacing with traders daily, and therefore must be able to meet their high demands for solving IT problems fast, efficiently and with minimum interruption to their work. The ability to work under pressure along with excellent problem solving and communication skills are a necessity.

Skills/ Abilities Required

• Lotus notes client R5.x – R6.x design and development
• Excellent communication skills
• The ability to manage a small IT support team
• Eagerness to expand technical expertise is a pre-requisite
• Windows XP
• Office support

Qualifications /Experience

• Degree holder with excellent English
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role in a financial environment
