Responsibilities:
A- Human Recourses:
•Prepare annual manpower plan in consultation with department managers
•Manage the search and selection process of personnel for the Bank ensuring adequacy of necessary background checks
•Ensure that compensation and benefits issues as well as job and grading evaluations are developed into effective policies to ensure competitive employee remuneration and motivation
•Implement and update human resource polices and procedures manual as and when required
•Ensure that a continuous training and development program is implemented for all staff
•Ensure compliance of recruitment, compensation, appraisal and performance management tools and techniques with the best industry practices
B- Administration:
•Ensure that the operational and succession needs of the Bank are adequately met
•Identify the level of risk and safeguard assets from unauthorized use or reduction in value
•Supervise the proper maintenance of the Bank’s premises and equipment and ensure maintenance contracts and utilities charges by government bodies are renewed on time

Qualification:
1- Professional Qualification in Human Resources Management min 8-10+ years in one of the Multinational Banks is a MUST.
2- Safeguarding the assets of the Bank
3- Effective implementation of HR & Admin policies and procedures
4- Effective staffing of all required personnel
Requirements:
1- MBA in HR is preferable
2- Relevant experience of 10+ years in HR in these areas in financial institutions ideally in Banking in addition to at least 2 years experience in the HR Head Role.
Compensation & Benefits:
Pay would range between $ 230K - 250K P.A.+ performance bonus + family medicals + family business tickets + loan + children education subsidy+ end of services benefits.
