We are looking for a Tax Specialist with a strong background in tax and cost basis reporting. The candidate must have the ability to analyze and research company's tax opinions via EDGAR (SEC) on line filings and SEDAR online and render an opinion based on company's filings.
Qualifications:
Manage daily research of tax and cost basis implications of Corporate Actions such as Mergers and Spin Offs
Manage tax research-related projects
Provide customer service on data challenges
Personnel management background a plus.
Skills CPA or JD a plus
