You will be responsible for all aspects of managing the operation’s business functions in Krakow and for defining strategy in consultation with the objectives and directives of the Corporation. You will also be responsible for developing a recruitment strategy, the hiring of Management and attaining ambitious growth targets over the coming years. You will bear primary responsibility for the financial aspects of the operation in Krakow, ensuring that corporate polices are fulfilled, represent the company externally and play an active role in promoting both company and the Corporation in its chosen markets.
You should have around 10 years’ management experience preferably within a Investment Banking, Treasury, Back Office or Fund Accounting organisation with top organisational abilities. You should have excellent communication skills and it is essential to have fluent English as well as Polish.
