Our client, a prestigious international bank is currently looking for an experienced Compliance Officer for their Luxembourg office.

THE ROLE
- The successful candidate will have the following responsibilities:
- Ensure the follow up of NAV calculation errors and control of fund investment restrictions.
- Assist the Bank’s internal and external clients on Compliance matters
- Main point of contact for Fund Managers, Auditors and CSSF.
- Ensure the accuracy of the compliance reviews and put in place the necessary corrective actions and legal reporting in case of investment breaches.
THE PROFILE
- Minimum BAC +3 in Finance.
- Several years experience in Fund Compliance.
- Deep knowledge of Financial Products.
- Fluent in French and English (German being a plus).
