This is a great way for a strong Java Developer to break in to the Financial Services

We set the bar on Wall Street. We have several openings for J2EE Application Developers who have experience developing and implementing applications using the J2EE architecture. Candidate will be responsible for building web applications based on the established system architecture.
Requirements
  • Strong Object-Oriented Analysis and Design skills
  • Requirements Analysis
  • Use Cases
  • Sequence diagrams
  • OO design patterns
  • UML
  • Experience and working knowledge of the J2EE architecture
  • Experience with using EJBs, both session and Entity Beans
  • Experience with JDBC utility
  • Experience with Oracle and stored procedures
  • Hands on experience with WSAD 5.x and RAD/RSA development tools
  • WebSphere 6.x or higher Application Server
  • Experience with JSPs/HTML/AJAX
  • Strong Business design skills,
  • Excellent communications skills required, including technical documentation and oral
  • Experience working with business user areas

Desirable
  • Rich Client application development in a J2EE environment
  • Junit test tool experience
  • Use of IBM MQ Series over JMS
