A leading hedge fund house is now seeking for a Chief Financial Officer to lead their business finance team.
Our client is one of a leading hedge fund houses renowned for its diversified investment management outlook in the Asia Pacific region. With a steady growth of their investment team in the Asia Pacific region, they are now seeking for a Chief Financial Officer to lead their business finance team.
Based in Hong Kong, you will be responsible for managing the finance team which includes finance and accounting, fund services, and project development. These duties include the management of funds valuation (such as review the monthly calculation of Net Asset Value (NAV) of the funds; ensure the valuations and financial statements are prepared in accordance with International Accounting Standard); funds administration; financial & management reports; budgeting and forecasting, cash management. Besides, you will be responsible to identify, recommend and implement appropriate new projects and work flow, as well as cross-examine business needs to meet the firm, market and investors’ demand.
To qualify, you should have over 10 years of solid experience in both top-tier investment banks and fund houses within their finance & operations departments. Current experience in Hedge Fund or Asset Management business will be an advantage in applying for this position. You must have a business mindset and possess strong leadership and communications skills. CPA qualification is a prerequisite.
