Due Diligence Analyst Fund-of-Hedge Funds $4.5 Billion, London-based FOH is seeking to recruit a candidate to support its research efforts by assessing the operational risk of the underlying hedge funds.
Responsibilities:
Key tasks include:
A periodic review of key fund documentation, manager reports, agreements with service providers, regulatory and compliance checks using an international database and periodic manager visits and conference calls.
The production of a standardized structured operational due diligence report for each investment, including reviews of key areas of the operations, trade process, risk management, compliance and business continuity planning.
A review of credit risk and leverage analysis.
Qualifications:
Preferable experience in hedge fund credit risk management or prime brokerage
Knowledge of derivative instruments
Strong analytical skills
Superior attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
Strong computer proficiency a must
Hard working, proactive and able to work independently
Able to work under pressure in an entrepreneurial environment
