Calling HK accountants! 8-10 yrs experience. Property industry - listed company! Roles in Shanghai, Suzhou, Wuxi, Hangzhou, and Chongqing This well established, listed group of property companies has developments around the globe, with a focus on Hong Kong and PRC specifically.

They are seeking EXPERIENCED ACCOUNTING MANAGERS from Hong Kong to work closely with their developments in PRC's 2nd tier cities.

**Please note - this role is only applicable to candidates who specifically have property accounting experience, and exposure to a HK listed company.

To be successful in this role you will require experience working in BOTH HK and PRC - you will require a working knowledge of both accounting environments.

Your knowledge of administration procedures, practices and related legislation across these two regions will be a BIG PLUS!

Roles exist in Shanghai, Suzhou, Wuxi, Hangzhou, and Chongqing.

As part of this position, you will: Lead the local accounting and administration functions Prepare financial statements and management reports to the HK office Undertake audit assignments for property projects in Mainland China Mainland China accounting and tax planning

This is an exceptional opportunity for a qualified accountant with 8-10 years' commercial / management accounting experience,

Please note, to be successful in this position, you will also require 3 years experience at the managerial level. You will ideally have exposure to the property development and related business.

This role requires excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese including Putonghua.
