To be considered for this role you will be tertiary qualified and professionally accredited, with 7-10 years experience working with the most astute and technically savvy firms, for large corporate clients, in a management capacity. While not essential, international experience will be well regarded. The role offers you the opportunity to manage a portfolio of discerning and demanding corporate clients; to meet and exceed their expectations for innovative and commercially effective tax advice. Pivotal in the continued development of the tax team, you will have the opportunity to stamp your personality and authority on the role through your management, leadership and mentoring. Known for your skills in practice building and client relations, you will be intimately concerned with managing and developing the existing client base while fostering and developing new relationships, in support of the strategic goals of the firm.

To be successful in this role you will need to have a commitment to life-long learning, to retain a superior knowledge and expertise in all areas of tax. You will be an exceptional time manager, with the ability to see the 'big picture' and manage the work flows of a large team efficiently. You will need exceptional communication, interpersonal and management skills with a commitment to fostering the strong, corporate culture.
