Shay account executives build and maintain deep relationships with CXO-level executives and leaders of banks, credit unions and other institutional clients.
Account executives are responsible for client development and fully understanding the strategic and business needs of their customer base. They will be charged with leveraging the resources of the firm effectively to maximize the AE's opportunity for growth.
Candidates must have 3-5 years executive-level presentation and consultative sales experience, as well as a general fixed-income knowledge base. Ideally, the candidate will have experience in capital markets and, more specifically, mortgage-related asset sales or knowledge.
