Job Title: Bilingual Recruitment Consultant.

Location: Luxembourg.

Role Objective: To provide a first class, professional, multilingual recruitment service to clients and candidates. To perform to and overachieve individual, team and company targets.

Key accountabilities:

• To recruit for Clients in a given territory to generate revenue with new and existing customers
• Conduct daily Sales calls to identify and generate new business
• Proactive lead generation
• Candidate generation through networking, advertising and database management
• Meeting Clients to sell ELA’s Recruitment Services
• Contract negotiation
• Searching and selection of suitable candidates
• Interviewing/Registering candidates
• Writing advertising copy for vacancies
• Language testing candidates
• Reference checking
• Maintaining the Client and Candidate database
• To keep up to date with Employment Laws and Regulations

Your Profile:

• English to mother tongue standard and fluency in at least one other European language.
• Resourceful, target driven team player with a desire to succeed in a sales environment.
• First class communication skills
• Previous experience in business to business sales desirable
